Established in 1983, The Brownstones at 3300 Park is a townhouse style condominium association located in North Bridgeport, CT .  The Association contains twenty-six units, each averaging 2,500 SF in size, and was built in three (3) phases.  Amenities include two (2) parking spaces per unit, a heated pool, a pool house containing full service men's and ladies changing rooms, and an enclosed mail house.  Ample additional guest parking is also available.
