On June 25, 2015, the 3300 Park Avenue Condominium Association refinanced and entered into a new $225,000 loan with Savings Institute Bank and Trust (SIBT). for completion of various capital improvement items within the condominium.  Herein are the respective loan documents:

Annually, the Board of Directors renews the insurance policy for the condominium association.  The Association's current Evidence of Insurance & Declaration Page is noted in PDF format below.
